I am 44 years old and after so many years of observation of stock market I decided to open a dmat account. My known referred me UPSTOX. I uploaded all the documents asked by UPSTOX. Their site promised to open dmat account in 12-24 hours but it has been more than 96 hours. when I lodge my grievance after waiting for more than 72 hours (3 days), I was responded with False promise on message that their representative will shortly contact me. I am still waiting for their response. Work from home does not mean work for home. it should be work for customers from home. A very horrible experience. IF someone can’t keep its promised commitment, how can we trust on upstox.

Worst Service. I have been trying to reactivate my account, but they keep on saying we tried to reach you for IPV, but unable to reach. I have been using the same mobile number for years till date no one has told me they are unable to reach. Don’t trust them
